1. Overview

$BAG Arcade (“Casino”) is a free-play set of casino-style games for entertainment only. The $BAG Skill League is a skill-based, player-versus-player competition layer that may involve crypto entry fees and prize pools on the XRP Ledger (XRPL). By accessing or using any of these sites, games, or related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 21+ in the U.S., or of legal age to participate in comparable skill or prize competitions in your jurisdiction.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring access and participation are legal where you are.

3. Accounts & Wallets

• Free-play arcade games may be available without a connected wallet, except where we add optional on-chain features.
• Skill League events are non-custodial and use your XRPL wallet to pay entry fees and receive any prizes.
• You are responsible for keeping your wallet keys, seed phrases, and devices secure.
• All on-chain transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on XRPL.

4. Gameplay, Entries & Payouts

• Free-play arcade: arcade games on the casino floors are for entertainment only. They do not require real-money or crypto wagering, and any displayed scores or credits are not financial balances.
• Skill League events: when you join an event, you may pay a fixed entry fee in $XRP or $BAG into a designated prize pool wallet. Event rules (win conditions, scoring, duration, and payout table) will be shown before you join.
• Prize pools: at the end of an event, eligible top placements receive on-chain payouts from the pool according to the published payout structure. The house may retain a fixed rake from the pool.
• Skill focus: Skill League events are intended to be primarily skill-based rather than pure chance, with outcomes determined by player performance (e.g., scores, times, streaks).
• We may suspend, void, or adjust an event in cases of error, manipulation, exploits, or technical fault.

5. Prohibited Use

• Access from restricted jurisdictions or in violation of applicable law.
• Use of bots, exploits, automation, or any unfair advantage.
• Money laundering, sanctions violations, or other illegal activity.
• Interfering with or attempting to disrupt the Services, infrastructure, or other players.

6. Responsible Play

The arcade floors are free-play, but Skill League events may involve real crypto entry fees and prize pools. Only participate with amounts you can afford to lose, and take breaks when needed.

7. Disclaimers

• The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• Network or third-party outages may affect availability, results processing, or settlement.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, funds, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

9. Changes & Termination

• We may update the Services or these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• We may suspend or restrict access for suspected abuse, legal reasons, or technical/security needs.
