• Public blockchains: your XRPL transactions are inherently public and queryable by anyone.

5. Retention

On-chain records persist indefinitely on XRPL. Browser storage (e.g., age/terms confirmation, audio setting) stays on your device until you clear it. Operational logs are kept only as long as needed for security, debugging, and compliance.

6. Your choices

• You may clear local storage/cookies in your browser settings at any time.
• You may switch wallets or stop using the Services.
• For messages you sent us directly (e.g., support DMs), ask us to delete them where possible.

7. Regional rights

Depending on your location (e.g., EEA/UK/California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of certain information. Contact us via Support to make a request. We may verify requests tied to a wallet or contact method you control.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a crypto-first service. No online system can be perfectly secure; safeguard your wallet keys, seed phrases, and devices.

9. Children

The Services are not for minors. U.S. users must be 21+; elsewhere, you must meet the legal minimum age in your region to participate in any Skill League event or prize pool.
